Dear Etariq,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

Unfortunately, you have not given us enough information to reproduce the

issue.

Can you give us something to reproduce?

What are you doing that causes ChartFX to close IE?

Any information you can provide us will help. Perhaps attach your aspx and

aspx.cs.

Could you try downloading the latest service pack?

http://support.softwarefx.com/ProductBase.aspx?Product=CfxNet70

The latest version is 7.0.2330

Try clearing the IE GAC using the command line tool gacutil /cdl before you

run your app again.

"Note:You can view the contents of your assembly download cache using

gacutil /ldl on the command line. You can clear the contents of the cache

using gacutil /cdl"

Hope this helps.

-c

It seems to be a security issue.

Please try the following. Form the Control Panel (in the client computer) go

to Administrative Tools and open the .NET Framework Configuration, change

the security of the Intranet or Internet zone (depending where your page is

being hit from) to Full and see if that makes a difference.

If this eliminates the error, please tell us the specific sequence of steps

you perform to reproduce the problem. If the problem happens without any

interaction on your part, please provide a ASPX page (WebForm) that

reproduces the problem and attach it to your post.
