Still waiting for support and getting frustrated- is there a way to pay for more timely responses?

I am still locked out of the product I paid for and I still haven't

received simple verification of the license string that is being

rejected.

What do I have to do to get help? Repurchase the product?

It seems I am not the only one that is fighting licensing.
