User (Legacy) Posted June 13, 2006 Report Posted June 13, 2006 A special Temp folder is used to store temporary rendered images. How does it get cleaned? Is there any way to specify a file for temporary storage, so it always gets overwritten when the new image is generated? Kind regards, Alexei Dragoner (Shell Research & Development)
Software FX Posted June 13, 2006 Report Posted June 13, 2006 In Chart FX 7 images are stored in the PSS service this service will keep the chart images and viewstate, move them to disk and remove them automatically. For more information on this please check the programmer´s guide under "Performance and Scalability -> Chart FX PSS". Chart FX PSS Can be configured using ChartFX.Pss.Service.exe.config, the following KB article explains how: http://support.softwarefx.com/ShowArticle.aspx?Type=KB&Product=CfxNet70&Source=http://support.softwarefx.com/kb/762/1/004.htm -- Francisco Padron www.chartfx.com
