User (Legacy)
Hi We have a serious problem with any client machines that have .NET Framework 2.0 installed being unable to view any charts on our website. If you uninstall Framework 2.0 they work perfectly. Over the past 3 days I have sent 2 emails to support@softwarefx.com and have received nothing, not even a email saying that my problem has been received. How long do support normally take to get back to you? Thanks Simon

Software FX
Do you have the latest SP ? What is the file version of your server and client dlls ? Check our support site for the latest SP info. What client control are you using ActiveX ? .NET Client ? With the latest version and the released version of the .NET framework 2.0, everything should work just fine (I just tried it here). -- Francisco Padron www.chartfx.com

User (Legacy)
I was planning an upgrade on our Server tomorrow. Can you recommend the best course of action, for this? Do I use Remove the previous installation of 6.2? or do I just use install the new version over the top? Will I be asked to get a new licence key or will it use the old one? Any help you can give before tomorrow morning would be much appreciated. User (Legacy)
To All This problem is a known issue and has been fixed via a hot fix (and not by downloading the latest official version as I had been led to believe) Here is the incident reply that helped me solve the problem and get everything working again. http://MySupport.softwarefx.com/Help/SupportTool/LatestReply.aspx?IID=6140d8f1-f3d1-4d7a-8c02-a933e57cbb58 "SoftwareFX Support" <noreply@softwarefx.com> wrote in message news:bjKk2DVFGHA.2580@webserver3.softwarefx.com... > N, do not uninstall. User (Legacy)
Thanks Simon! I am also having this problem on one of our servers. How many charts per day are you generating? I am asking because we are having trouble stress-testing 6.2, it keeps failing with intermittent errors and I cannot find out if it is something wrong with our code or something in 6.2. Thanks, -Frank.
