Software FX
We have been unable to reproduce this problem. We have tried with many version of MS Office. Please try the following: 1) Visit the following URL: http://support.softwarefx.com/samples/cfxie/userinterface/Scrollable.asp 2) Right-click the chart and select "Toolbar" 3) Click the 3rd button in the toolbar from left to right and select "To Office Application". If prompted to download an ActiveX say YES. 4) Go to MS Word and select Edit- Paste. Did you get the same problem ? Can you give us more details about your system. User (Legacy)
Ok, that worked. Now it works on my test machine too. When I was doing it originally, it never prompted me to download an activeX control the first time. So, somthing must be screwy with my config. I'll have to test this again on a cleaner server and see if I can get it to work correctly there.
