User (Legacy)
hi, the KB support page [1] doesn't work in firefox 1.5.0.7. Nothing is displayed in the right hand frame. And if you try entering different search terms, they are ignored and the previous search is repeated. In IE, it displays the KB article abstract, but how do you view the article itself? cheers Rob [1] http://support.softwarefx.com/ProductBase.aspx?Product=CfxNet62
Software FX
Thank you for reporting this problem. Using: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.7) Gecko/20060909 Firefox/1.5.0.7 The main page for the product support can be used to search. You can then click on the abstract to see the whole article. -- Francisco Padron www.chartfx.com

Software FX
> You can then click on the abstract to see the whole article. I can do this in FireFox. No problem. See screenshot. -- Francisco Padron www.chartfx.com
User (Legacy)
nope, doesn't work. Have a look at the attached screenshot, and tell me what you're supposed to click to view the article, not just the summary. Software FX
I clicked on the summary, in this case I clicked on "Using BreakZero to plot Positive Values" on the left side of the screen. -- Francisco Padron www.chartfx.com
