Hide series legend

Hi,

I have a couple situations hope you can help me with:

1) I have a series that I want to show in the data editor, but I don't want

it to show in the series legend.

2) I have a series that I want to show in the series legend but I don't want

to show in the data editor. (the reverse of 1).

Both these series are in the same chart.

My suggestion here will be to use a User Legend instead of the Series Legend 

this way you can control exactly what's shown in it.

If the series exist in the chart and it is visible, it will show in the data 

editor. There is no way to hide a series just from the data editor.
