Why is Axis X disappeared?

When a data of XValue is only one, the Label, Grid of Axis X is disappeared

.

In an X/Y chart, you need to have at least two (2) values in order to define 

the X-Axis scaling (min and Max), otherwise, you must supply Min and Max as 

follows:

chart.AxisX.Min = <lowest value you want to see in the axis>;

chart.AxisX.Max = <highest value you want to see in the axis>;

As you can see, it is impossible to determine these two values as DIFERENT 

when only one da6a point is provided.
