Compress lower and upper 10 % of Y-Axis

Hi,

is there a way to compress the upper and lower 10 percent of the Y-Axis?

For example I want to show in the middle 80 percent of a chart values in the

range of 20 - 21. In the lower 10 percent I want to show values in the range

of 0 to 20 and in upper 10 percent I want to show values in the range of 22

to 100.

Background: I visuslize 100 values. 98 values are in the range of 20 - 21,

but I have two outlier with the value of 1.5 and 99.2.  When visualising

these outliers the other 98 values seems to be the same value.

Is there a way to solve my problem?

We have internally discussed developing this feature but we are not sure 

there is enough customers that would take advantage of it.

Anybody who needs this or would use it please post your comments in this 

thread.
