MouseMove event

The HitType property on the HitTestEventArgs always is Background for 

MouseMove event.

I'm trying to change the cursor based on what part of the chart the mouse is 

over.

Is this a bug?

This is by design. For performance reasons no HitTest is performed on 

MouseMove, you can call the HitTest method to obtain information about the 

object under the mouse cursor.
