User (Legacy) Posted September 14, 2006 Report Posted September 14, 2006 Just installed the latest Service Pack...having issues with Maps & Stat extensions. Did the latest installer have the latest versions of the extensions...it seems like the older versions are included and they may not work?
Software FX Posted September 15, 2006 Report Posted September 15, 2006 The installer shows you the version of each dll, please check, the version of the extensions should match that of the core dlls. -- Francisco Padron www.chartfx.com

Software FX Posted September 18, 2006 Report Posted September 18, 2006 The installer shows both the installed version (Version column) and the version that's going to be installed (Update column). I just downloaded one from our Web site and I see 7.0.2424 across the board. Please contact Software FX support, you seem to have an incomplete installer. -- Francisco Padron www.chartfx.com
User (Legacy) Posted September 19, 2006 Author Report Posted September 19, 2006 I am told ours does as well, but that after the install it is the prev vesion mentioned. When we remove the file manually and then reinstall...same thing.
