russcollier Posted September 14, 2011 Report Share Posted September 14, 2011 We have an existing ChartFX license key, that when we try to use it says that the serial number has reached the maximum number of installations allowed for it. This serial number was previously used on a computer that no longer exists, is there any way we can get the installation count reset so that we may re-use the serial number on a new computer? This site will give you the different options to get back in compliance.
