  1. Chart FX supports a licensing model to be deployed on cloud environments such as Azure or AWS. Please contact our Products team by email to products at softwarefx dot com for further details. --- Software FX

When using Chart FX in an environment like Azure and AWS, a special license mechanism is required, consisting in the use of a license string, which requires signing a special agreement and payment of additional fees. Please contact us by email to products at softwarefx dot com for further details.
  3. Unfortunately, we have never seen this error, and our code does not contain the error message you show above, so it's very likely this error is due to a problem with your server or permissions. If you Google "A referral was returned from the server", you will see that this is an issue that some people have had with other executables, and it's usually related with elevation and permissions issues. This problem is not related to Chart FX.
  4. This error seems to be returned directly by your operating system. Please check you are executing this as an administrator or equivalent. You can also try running it from the command prompt using the /N parameter, as in ChartFX7WebForms.exe /N. I'm not sure if it will make any difference, but you can try.
  5. The service pack with the latest build of Chart FX Client Server 6.2, version 6.2.6747.25690 from date 6/22/2018, is available. Please be aware that a valid Studio FX Support subscription is required in order to download the latest service packs. IGSFX

  10. Thank you very much for your feedback. In the next few days we will make changes to the documentation to make much clearer the process to run Chart FX on the actual device. We will also improve the Quick Start guide to be more explicit and easier to use. Also, we will add a number of new samples to make it much more comprehensive. Although Chart FX has been available to Windows and Java developers for over 20 years, this is the first version of the product available to iOS developers.   11. Chart FX 7 is compatible with all versions of Visual Studio 2005 and above, for any version of Windows (XP, Vista, Win7, Win8). For the latest compatibility (e.g. Visual Studio 2012 or above) you may require an updated installer/service pack, available at www.mysoftwarefx.com to all customers with a valid Studio FX subscription (Premium or Support).   12. It seems you are using an old installer of Chart FX 7 that did not support VS 2012. The latest service pack and installer support VS 2012 perfectly fine. The latest service pack/installer is available for download at www.mysoftwarefx.com to any customer with a valid Studio FX subscription (Premium or Support).
