Permission error while trying to save chart As a bitmap

I have a chart rendered as a .Net control. When I try to copy the chart As a bitmap from the options available in the toolbar, I get the following error message.

 "The application does not have enough permission to execute this operation."

I am using Chart FX 7 Web Forms. The same functionality works on a DEV server but doesn't work on a Production server.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The settings in your browser security (.NET Framework Security) don't allow for this operation.

Notice that when you access your server you are in another zone.

Thanks for your response.

I have already Enabled "Medium Trust" to both Internet and Trusted site zones on the server as mentioned in the link provided but I am still unable to copy charts as a bitmap. I have also added the website to the list of trusted sites on my browser. I am using .Net framework 3.5 for my application. Please let me know if I need to do any other settings. Do changes to these settings require any IISRESET or restarting the machine?
