MrDosu Posted April 7, 2009 Report Share Posted April 7, 2009 Dear ChartFX WPF team, we are experimenting with ChartFX for moving away from a COM based environment, that used Excel to generate charts. When embedding these in PDF documents the EMF(Enhanced MetaFile) format proved very useful for reducing the filesize of the final report drastically. When using the raster-based export funtionality of RC1 (chart.Export) we need to turn up the DPI to at least 144 to get acceptable text representation, which in facts bloats the documents. Is ther any current or future effort or are there workarounds for exporting ChartFX WPF charts to vector formats (preferrably xps or xaml) ?
