Also, please make sure you have properly configured the ChartFX70 virtual folder in IIS. Make sure that anonymous access is enabled for that folder in IIS. Restart IIS (iisreset from command prompt). Additionally, let's make sure that this is not a .NET security problem. On the problematic client machine, go to Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Configuration Click on "Configure Code Access Security Policy" Click on "Adjust Zone Security" Click Next on Make changes to this computer Set My Computer, Intranet, Internet and Trusted Sites to Full Trust Let me know how it goes.
