slb_ctc Posted October 29, 2008 Report Share Posted October 29, 2008 I have run into a problem when deploying ChartFX on the webserver. The simplest page containing a ChartFX chart causes the whole page to freeze indefinitely. This problem does not occur when running the solution in debug mode. My webserver is behind a firewall for security purposes. WhenI installed Chart FX, I had to go through the web licensing version. Ihad to copy a code from the install, and then copy another code into the installation from your site. I suspect this might be causing a problem even though it should not. The version I am using is 7.0.2893.24916 Even a very simple page that only has the default chart freezes (the browser just says loading...)
