Cannot launch out of process component

Hi guys,

We've deployed ChartfX Internet 6.2 (com) onto a 64bit windows 2003 server and we are getting the following error on the server.createObject() declaration...(its an ASP application).

"Server object error 'ASP 0196 : 80040154'

Cannot launch out of process component.

Only InProc server components should be used. If you want to use LocalServer components, you must set the AspAllowOutOfProcComponents metabase setting. Please consult the help file for important considerations. "

We've added the AspAllowOutOfProcComponents="TRUE" property into the IIS 6 metabase and have also tried running IIS 6 under isolation mode, but cannot fix the issue.

Additionally, we've created a simple VBS file outside of IIS that also fails when trying to create the object.

Any ideas on how to resovle this one? We're at a complete loss.
