DarkAngle Posted March 4, 2008 Report Share Posted March 4, 2008 I just downloaded the ChartFX lite version and tried to install the software. After start of the installation the green screen pops up and displays the message prepare install.... This dialog suddenly disapears and nothing happens any more. I tried to restart the my system and tried to install again but that doesn't help. My system is WinXP Pro with all patches installed. VS2005 and VS2008 pro installed. I checked the disk space on all drives are several GB free space. I am logged in as Admin on my pc ;-). Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you continue having same problem, please provide additional information: -32bit or 64 bit machine? -Error message?
