I have two panes - is it possible to control that the horizontal bar sop that they have the same proportions as the equivalent value on pane2

I have tried to use two charts which gives me the correct result by making the X-Axis label color white of the 2nd chart - but this takes up a lot of space in between the two charts and the width of the bars the becomes too small to see.

 

 

You can see that the width of the same value is different on example 1

 

Example 2 works but the width of the bars is too small. Can you give any advice
