Dynamics AX - ChartFX License

I work for a company which uses Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 SP1.  There are areas within Dynamics AX which use ChartFX to render charts through ActiveX.  We will also be adopting Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the near future.  My issue is that no matter what chart it is I recieve, "Invalid License (100000000). Please contact SoftwareFX Support".  I also know that our company also has a developer license for another version of ChartFX.

How can I fix this problem?
