WebForm chart shrinks when display adapter's DPI is upped from default of 96

Charts shrink when the display adapter's DPI setting is increased from the

default of 96 DPI.  The chart border is the same size but everything drawn

inside the border shrinks leaving a huge whitespace.

Is there a way to force ChartFX to render the chart like the display adapter

is always set at 96 DPI?
