Missing License Tags with Forms Authentication

I have a web page which uses bitstreaming with the getHtmlData method.  When

I set Windows Authentication, the page works correctly, and the chart is

displayed.  when I change the configuration to Forms Authentication, I get

the Missing License Tags message.  This is true, even if the authentication

cookie is set.  Is there any way to make bitstreaming work with forms

authentication?
