Chart with bars above and below 0

Using ChartFX 3, is it possible to create a 3D bar chart where the bars go 

up from 0 and down from 0, in a case where I have positive and negative 

numbers?  IN other words the base of each bar always starts at 0 rather than 

having the scale start at the lowest negative number and all bars start from 

there.
