cfx2032.dll (ver. 3.0.37.0) - property bitmaps still missing??

We have just downloaded the 3.0.37.0 update to cfx2032.dll which (on your 

support site) should fix the problem of disappearing bitmaps in the 

properties page when a localization dll is loaded. We are still experiencing 

the problem - the Stacked charts icons and Color schemes icons are still 

empty. Is there something else we need to do besides drop in the updated 

dll?
