Zooming In Problem

Our application generates this graph programatically. Users have the ability 

to zoom in and out. For some reason when zooming in on certain parts of this 

graph the axis scale seem to flip sides and there is no data points or lines 

visible in the zoomed in area. I am attaching the CHD file of this graph. I 

also added an annotation to it around the area where zooming in is a 

problem. So if you open the file and zoom in any where within the annotation 

box you should see the problem. What is it caused by and is there a way for 

me to fix it?
