re-Install Error on xp pro

When installing chartFX developers version on my laptop I get a error ( Also

tried production and that was the same, just to see )

The error is as soon as you tick "Yes I Agree" before serial number or

anything else

More info:

This did have a version installed with out the serial number orginally as

for some reason it would'nt take the serial number we had. The software

reverted to trail mode. Uninstalled it and tried to reinstall, now stuck

with the above error.

I've attached a screen shot of the error message.
