Unable to find ChartFX_GUI.hlp

This was originally posted in cfxie.client...I am still experiencing this

problem even though I have

uninstalled/reinstalled and put the latest service pack on....the help

button is still there and the .hlp file is nowhere to be found...not even in

the .cab file for the control.    Can you please tell me how to fix this?
