Win2k SP2 and Chart FX SP2 issues

I have found that if an application that uses the Chart FX Client Server

ActiveX Control is already on a Win2k system and they apply service pack 2

for Windows 2000, the control is rendered broken.  In order to fix this you

must re-install Chart FX and then re-apply the updates in order to get

things working again.

This is not a big problem on a development system, however when the

application is running on a customer's system how should this be treated?
