Hot Key Problem

Hi,

    i am using the Chartfx 98 Client /Server activex control(4.0.19).

    I am showing the menubar.

    My problem is none of the hot keys are working,e.g

     ALT-F doesn't activate the File menu.

    have i skipped some step?

    please help
