Cant change axis min, max, scale at design time.

For some reason, I can not change the axis properties at design time.

I use VB6 (sp4).

I reach this property page by clicking on custom - axes - details while

within the VB IDE.

The max, min, and scale unit are disabled (grayed out).

Each form has only one chartfx on it.

I have rebuilt the forms many times, but this always happens.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

I am also having a strange problem with resizing the charts at run time.

I have 2 charts in this project.  One works fine, the other resizes

correctly only when it is visible!

Any ideas about this would be greatly appreciated.
