Firewall problem with updates

I can download the chartfx update from the web, but when i try to run it, it

won't connect to the internet because IP is blocked by firewall.

This is a big problem in our organization, so can you please explain which

ip adresses are necassary for succesfully running the update, or a much

better way, put a complete update file on the web which doesn't need the

internet anymore during install.
