Thanks for the reply but I am not looking for the Legend Box.  The problem

that I have is that in order to label a pie chart you need to use the

Series.Legend property.  This is simply a text property that I can set.  The

text appears by default *above* the pie chart.  I would like to move it

below the pie chart if possible but I can't find any way to do this.

Are you trying to locate the Legend Box?
