What is the structure of the Palettes registry key? Creating my own Palette

Editing the PALETTES.REG file and creating a new registry entry copied from 

"ChartFX 3.0", I now have a custom palette called "MyPalette" in the 

registry. 

Since I haven't yet determined the structure of the palette registry key, 

MyPalette is a copy of ChartFX 3.0. (as expected) 

What is the structure of the Palettes registry key? So I can create my own 

palette?
