Question about toolbars

Hi! 

I have several chart files saved. 

Now I added the annotation list object to my app. 

New charts created by the app have 2 toolbars, annotation and chart toolbar. 

But previously created charts have only one toolbar. 

What can I do to make them display both toolbars? 

I tried pAnnotList->ToolBar = AFX_OLE_TRUE with no success.
