Pie Charts: (1) pie sizing and (2) legend boxes

We need to display a NON-INTERACTIVE pie chart in an area about 4 square 

inches on an ActiveReports report.  Is there any way to set the absolute 

size of the pie circle's diameter (in pixels, for example) or the relative 

size of the circle to the chart-area rectangle?  We need to shrink the 

circle to make more room for point labels. 

Also, it seems as though docked Legend Boxes do not display in their 

entirety until after one drags them. How do you get the Legend Box to 

display fully (expanded) if there's no opportunity for user interaction, 

i.e. no dragging, on a non-interactive chart?
