Yes, if I use PrintIt then my legend is being displayed. 

HOWEVER... I am NOT using PrintIt!!! 

 I am using Paint to print to my own specific device context. The 

documentation showed me how to print the chart itself on it's own page (or 

on a page with other charts) but it never shows how to handle using the 

Paint command when SeperateLegend is activated.
