Point Lables Orientation

Hi all, 

i am evaluating the ChartFx 98 version in VB6.0 and VC++ 6.0. 

my requirement is to have the point labels to be oriented to 90 degrees, and 

the labels should be inside the bar in case of bar, stacked bar chart types. 

also, can we determine the position of the point labels ?? 

can we do that in chartFX 98 ?? 

if yes, please let me know....
