Licensing question

Hello, 

We have developed an application with CFX98 and the Financial Extension. 

Currently we are still working with the Trial version to try things out but 

when done we need to register. 

Our application will be a shareware one and the question is how can we 

distribute our shareware 

version safely without violating licensing issues. 

When a user wants to try our application, do we have to distribute a full 

ChartFX FE license to that user with the risc 

that the user doesn't like our application and therefore doesn't register? 

Then what about the licensing issues regarding SoftwareFX? 

Is there something like a NON-Developer Trial License, because if there 

isn't it how can I be sure for what users I need 

to register at SoftwareFX ?
