Access violation in sfxbar.dll

[User (Legacy)]

I get an access violation when I do the following: 

1. Load a bar chart. 

2. add the chart toolbar. 

3. From the tools button turn on the palette bar. 

4. From the tools button turn off the palette bar. 

5. From the tools button turn on the palette bar. 

6. Try to change the palette by accessing the palette icon at the end of the 

palete bar (the one that drops down the list of palettes available). 

7. I get error "Access violation in sfxbar.dll. 

Is this a bug or should I be looking for something wrong in our 

configuration/installation?
