Legend Box Issues

I have disabled the user option for Right Click with the UI Wizard, and when 

I want my own code to show the Legend Box with the command: 

.SerLegBox = True 

.RecalcScale 

.Refresh 

A very thin line appears on the right hand side of the chart, is there 

something I am missing?
