Footer notes on charts

Hi, 

Is it possible to add footer notes to CFX98 charts?  I did this in CFX 3.0 

for the output by capturing the POSTPAINT event, but I want to be able to do 

this when the graph is displayed as well, such that if a user selects the 

"Copy to clipboard" function, the footnotes will become part of the 

generated bitmap?  I am using a CView to host the control in VC++ 6.0.
