Annotation object print in incorrect position.

The annotation objects printing in incorrect position bug not fixed. 

I search bleow explain from KB, but bug is still bug. 

My environment is NT 4.0 workstation  chinese version, VB6, 

ChartFX 98 4.0.15.1

Description 

Annotation objects printing in incorrect position when not attched. 

Status 

Software FX has confirmed this to be a bug in previous builds of the above 

mentioned products. The problem has been fixed in build 11.00.
