X Axis on Top

Is it possible to move the X Axis to the top of a chart instead of the 

bottom as usual? 

I would like to create multiple charts on a page so they 'seem' to share a 

common axis. 

I have put two charts on top of each other and made the bottom chart's axis 

not visible but it would be nice to have the tick marks on the top of the 

chart.
