Help please! Scatter charts and Lines in ChartFX 98

Help Please! We recently upgraded our compiler from Delphi 4.0 to Delphi 5.0 

and ChartFX from 3.0 to 98. 

In trying to reproduce a scatter chart in our new environment, no lines are 

showing up between points, even when I set the following line: 

TypeMask := TypeMask OR CT_SHOWLINES; 

I have sandboxed this as well with no luck, no lines showing up in the test 

app. I have attached the test app for you.
