TAB not being forwarded to other controls

I have grid package from another vendor.  I have a form 

(using VC++ 6.0, MFC), and if I have their grid on the 

form, everything works as I expect. 

If I then create a chart on that form, the TAB key no longer 

works in the grid as it should. 

I searched the KB, and it claims this problem was fixed in 

build 11.  I'm running build 13. 

Any clues?
