Question about scroll increment

Chart settings: 

Chart type is XY plot. 

X_Axis is formatted as Time. 

We are utilizing a SetScrollView to see a portion of the virtual plot. 

Everything is working fine, however, the scroll granularity along the X axis 

is larger than we want.  Is there any way to set the minimum scroll 

increment (the amount it scrolls on a scroll arrow click or the minimum jump 

when the slider bar is grabbed and moved) independantly of using the 

PixPerUnit property or the SetScrollView max/min?  We don't want to alter 

the amount of X_Axis data that is visible, we just want to change the scroll 

granularity.
