Need example of how to add new bitmap to command object in c++

Good Morning! 

I am having a problem adding a new icon to the command object in the Chart 

using C++.  I am not sure what type of data IPictureDisp is or even what I 

can cast it to.   An example of this from someone would be highly 

appreciated.  Thank you.
