Secondary X Axis

Hi, 

Does the ChartFX 98 component provide a secondary X Axis?  I am currently 

using the secondary Y Axis and its really cool. Trouble is that now that 

someone has seen it they want a secondary X Axis. 

If the Chart does not provide one, does anyone have any bright ideas of how 

I could "fake one.  That is, can I draw a line below the chart title and 

make it look like another axis etc. 

All ideas would be appreciated.
