Nope, see following scenario: 

        - In VB6 Open some UserControl with Cfx98. Open it as object. 

        - Run your program and fiddle with the Cfx98 control. 

        - Stop your program. 

        - Click one of the visible ToolBar buttons of the Cfx98 object still visible in the IDE. It reacts.
